We’re looking for someone who can tackle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication. Does your heart smile when you get the satisfaction of taking care of the customer needs and leaving the customer feeling happy? This position has your name written all over it!
Requirements
- You must reside in the United States
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Work at home experience (not required)
- Customer Service experience (no required)
- Good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to provide quality customer service and able to work with difficult or emotional customers, on occasion, while still maintaining a strict level of professionalism.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet performance goals.
- Ability to maintain a well-organized work area
Qualifications
- US Citizen and live in the US
- Customer Service experience is a plus but not required
- 18 years of age and above
- Able to pass a background check (This is at no cost to you)
- Able to pass a drug test (Some clients require)
- You computer must meet the minimum requirements.
- Must have access to a cell phone and working email address for communication

- Upon completion, we will review you application and give you instructions on creating your profile. You will also receive these steps in email
- Schedule and complete orientation.
- After Orientation, you will have access to the CSP Portal that has vital information to ensure your success
- Choose a Client once you’re ready to go!
